NANAIMO – White Sails Brewing is inviting the community to an Open House on Saturday, May 7, between noon and 4 p.m. Visit their West Coast-style taproom and enjoy beers that are locally inspired and brewed.
The Open House will feature on-tap specials as well as brewery tours demonstrating their grain-to-glass production of exceptional craft beer. Their newest release will be on tap – Snake Island Cascadian Dark Ale.
Taco Revolution food truck will be on site dishing up authentic Mexican tacos. Come down to enjoy their beer, see the brew house, learn about the brewing process and meet the White Sails team. Later that evening Nanaimo’s The Stacks will hold their EP release party from 8:00 till late, performing tunes from their new album.

Founded in 2015, White Sails transformed the previous Foundry Pub into a West Coast-style taproom featuring brick and open timber architecture. The spacious 140-seat Taproom and Brewery has large windows, a grand feature fireplace and Vancouver Island live-edge maple community tables. White Sails is located in downtown Nanaimo across the street from Maffeo Sutton Park, on the historic site of the old Newcastle Hotel.
